Your 2012 conference registration fee includes -

2012 Cancellation Policy - 

  • There is a $75 cancellation fee on all canceled registrations made before July 1, 2012.
  • There is no refund after July 1, 2012.
  • There is $25 event cancellation fee on all field trips, labs or special events made before July 1, 2012.
  • There is no refund after July 1, 2012.

Accompanying Guests -

 The 2012 Conference guest rate is $105.00.  A paying conference attendee can bring one (1) guest to the conference at the $105 rate. This rate is intended to be used for guest of attendees who want to attend the special events of the conference, such as field trips and the annual banquet, but do not want to attend sessions or present at the conference.
